Canvas URL Update Required for Zoom Integration 

Action needed: You must use https://instructure.charlotte.edu to access Canvas for full functionality. The previous URL (https://uncc.instructure.com) is no longer supported and will cause issues with Zoom meetings and other integrated applications.

Respondus Monitor Updates

Respondus Monitor has released new features and enhancements designed to improve the overall user experience.

• Microsoft Excel and Word can now be used during exams. Details here.
• A new flag will indicate if the test taker is holding a phone or device. Details here.
• WebAssign (Cengage) and Hawkes Learning now offer seamless integrations with Respondus Monitor, joining Pearson MyLab and McGraw Hill ALEKS. If you use Respondus Monitor with any of these platforms, contact your textbook vendor for details.
