Minute Mondays is a new twice-monthly video series that walks through Instructure tools in under a minute to simplify administrative tasks and keep courses running smoothly. The debut episode shows how Canvas Scheduler lets students self-book office hour appointments, replacing long email threads with a process that prevents double-bookings and requires no third-party apps.

First Line Troubleshooting | Clear Your Cache and Use a Supported Browser

Clearing your browser cache resolves many common Canvas display and loading issues. Follow the steps for your browser in the Instructure guide to clearing your browser cache on a computer, and use the latest version of Google Chrome, the preferred browser, which you can update with Google’s instructions for updating Chrome. If issues persist, try Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge; Safari is not recommended on a Mac.
